WELCOME TO
The NeuroParent Collective CommunityÂ
This space was created for parents of differently wired teens who are navigating school, independence, and what comes next—and want to do it with more clarity, confidence, and support. You don’t need to have everything figured out to be here.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.
How This Community Works
This is a space for thoughtful, respectful conversation among parents who understand this journey.
Here, you can:
- Ask questions or share what’s on your mind
- Learn from the experiences of other parents
- Take in guidance and perspectives at your own pace
There’s no pressure to post, respond, or “keep up.”
You’re free to engage in a way that feels comfortable and helpful to you.
Start Here (Your First Steps)
If you’re wondering where to begin, here are a few simple steps:
- Take a look around

You’ll find a welcome video and helpful information to guide you. - Share when you’re ready
You’re welcome to post a question, a thought, or simply where you are in the journey—whenever it feels right.
There’s no “right” way to start. One small step is enough.
A Note from Judy
Â
Hi, I’m Judy.
Welcome new members! I am so glad you have decided to join The NeuroParent Collective. Have you ever worried about what you should be doing to prepare your neurodivergent teen for college? Do you feel like you should be doing something, but you’re not sure what? If either of these answers is “yes,” then you are in the right place to have those questions answered and a lot more!
I created The NeuroParent Collective because I saw how many parents were trying to navigate complex decisions for their teens—often without the kind of guidance or support they truly needed.
My goal is to provide a safe space for you to ask questions about your neurodivergent child’s academic path and social/emotional development and to meet parents who share the same concerns about their child. It is a space for you to think clearly and approach decisions in a way that respects who your teen is and what they need to thrive.
Remember, you don’t have to do this alone.
🚀 Take Your Next Step
Take your time here.
You don’t need to rush, decide everything today, or have the “right” answers.
This is a space you can return to—when you have questions, when something feels unclear, or when you simply need a steadier perspective.
We’re really glad you’re here. 💛
